MVDI EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTED Mrs Pamela (Pam) Oughton takes up the position of Executive Director of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Institute on October 1. Formerly Executive Officer with the MVDI, Mrs Oughton, 48, has a broad knowledge of both retail and trade sectors of the motor industry. Her involvement started in 1982 when she was appointed Wellington Branch Secretary for the MVDI and the Motor Trade Association. As Executive Director she aims to improve the standard of service to MVDI members, especially in the area of management training.
