Exciting new wall system
An exciting innovation for those furbishing new buildings or refurbishing old is the Fabritrak upholstered wall system. This unique patented design manufactured by Reese Plastics allows fabric to be installed over new or old surfaces regardless of the condition. A framework is created following the perimeter of the wall and compressible fire retardant padding is sandwiched between the selected fabric and the wall or surface. The fabric is then stretched over the framework. Because of its ease of installation, flexibility and economy Fabritrak provides a logical solution to the problems of remodelling projects Or the challenges of new construction. It is also well suited to such projects as coordinating perimeter
walls to open office landscaping panels as well as panel updates and conversions, upholstered ceilings and wall mounted graphics. Fabritrak is specifically designed to eliminate sound bounce at high noise levels and to complement speaking levels thus offering both excellent acoustic and insulating values. Fabrics may be cleaned or vacuumed and can be changed at a low cost.: Although it has been in New Zealand for nearly three years, Fabritrak is not well known in the market. The best known location which has utilised its exciting potential is the Palladium Nightclub. However, as more people become aware of its properties, it will be a very popular furbishing and refurbishing tool.
