Outdoor elegance
Superb outdoor furniture from the international Hartman company will be another focal display item at Ballantynes this week. The Hartman range is promoted by the manufacturers as, “the ultimate garden furniture.” The furniture is made of exclusive, highly-re-fined resin compositions, produced in a computercontrolled mixing process. It is extremely robust
and durable with a fully stabilised surface that will not crack or craze. So sure are Hartmans of this strength that the furniture comes with a three year guarantee. Mr Richard Mac Queen, merchandise controller with J. Ballantyne and Co rates Hartman as, “very, very smart furniture.”
Hartman lines to be featured in the display include the “Ambassador Club” which has five ad-
justment options, and when combined with the foot attachments produces an ideal lounger. The other line on show will be the “Bistro” chair which Mr Macqueen describes as, “a moulded chair that is very wellcontoured and comfortable.” He identifies the hallmark of the Hartman line as, “a rigid and reassuringly stable construction.”
