Woman celebrates 106th birthday
A Sumner resident, who it is believed may be the oldest living New Zealander, celebrated her 106th birthday yesterday. Mrs Beatrice Smith had a birthday afternoon tea with relatives and residents of Cavell Private Hospital, where she has lived for the last six years.
