Mr Lester White, a technician at Vantage Motor Tuning checks out the changes a new heart transplant has made to one of the company’s engine diagnostic computers. The recent update allows the Allen Smart scope to test and check the operation of the latest electronic fuel injection, ignition and on board computer controlled systems that are used on new motor cars. Over the past 6 years the Diagnostic Computers at Vantage Motor Tuning have tested thousands of vehicles, engines, for efficiency and accuracy. The changes in electronics used in cars now have been so rapid that the test machines have to be constantly updated to keep pace. Like the Technicians at Vantage Motor Tuning Ltd who receive refresher training on new equipment, the test gear also needs periodic upgrading.
