Wired ready to work
One of the unique features of Kitchen Applicance Specialists is that most of the appliances in the showroom are wired and operational.
This benefit will be very much in evidence during the opening celebrations when many practical demonstrations will be carried out on the appliances in the showroom.
Also as part of the opening there will be a series of specials on many of the appliances on offer.
“We will be giving away free dinner sets with purchases over $7OO while the first 1000 people who ask will receive a free microwave cookbook compiled by the director of our cooking school, Deb Crosby,” said the managing director of Kitchen Appliance Specialists, Jon Mells. The promotion runs from August 15 to August 31.
Experts and representatives of each company will also be present during the opening two weeks
to give advice on their particular appliances. “One of the great advantages of having all the appliances in the showroom wired is that customers can very easily compare two different brands both in looks and performance. “This is one of the great strengths of this concept. Customers do not have to go around two or three different shops to get the comparative information. They can get it here at a glance.” The showroom .is very
open and everything is at normal bench height just as in a working situation. “People spend more money on the kitchen than any other room in the house so they want the most realistic surrounds in which to choose their appliances.
“It is also important for them to see how appliances go together. Because of the wide range that we carry, we can see how different models and brands will integrate,” he said.
