Total customer service
Kitchen Appliance Specialists have taken the concept of customer service a complete step further with the inclusion of Cashmere Kitchens units and consultants in their Manchester Street showrooms. Locating kitchen appliances and kitchens together under one roof is a concept that excites John DUmergue, the manager of Cashmere Kitchens. “Both firms have that same driving philosophy
of putting customer service first and foremost,” Mr Dumergue said. Cashmere Kitchens prides itself on designing kitchens to suit any budget. John Dumergue is a carpenter and draughtsman by trade so has tremendous insight into the practical side of fitting kitchens while sales consultant Sharon Walker has the experience, vitality and vision to assist all would-be purchasers. “We put a lot of empha-
sis on our customer relatios and this is showing positive results in that many people are coming to us for kitchen units without bothering to seek quotes from other firms”, They are obviously satisfied with the service and prices offered by Cashmere Kitchens. Cashmere Kitchens is a member of the National Kitchen and Bathroom Association and both John Dumergue and Sharon Walker have completed
the recently instituted Bathroom Design Course. They are two of only five people in the South Island to sit the course. “We try to keep up with modern trends by sitting the appropriate courses and next year I will be travelling to the Ligna Trade Fair in Germany, the home of kitchens, to see the latest in European developments. Information gained from this will be passed on to our customers,” he said.
