Landmark in offer
NZPA-AAP Sydney Hooper Bailie Industries said it will offer one of its shares for every six shares of Landmark Corporation, the Auckland-based property group. Hooper said it served an offer document on the company yesterday. Landmark has investments in New Zealand and Sydney worth SNZI9S million.
Hooper, a manufacturing and building supplies group, is also involved in property investment and currently has property development investments worth about $ Aust UOM.
