Initially the appointment will be on a full time basis, with opportunity to transfer to a part-time appointment, of not more than eight tenths, after 12 months. Applicants must be duly qualified medical practitioners holding an appropriate higher qualification. A subspecialty Interest in urology would be an advantage, but training in other surgical disciplines would be recognised equally. Salary is at the appropriate step on the Specialist Automatic Scale.
