Customers include Telecom, Electricorp, Railways, Defence, power stations, mining operations, computer and data companies. Position: Reporting to the Marketing Manager this key appointment will have responsibility for: company-wide awareness of the benefits of customer service; communication programme to fully inform customers of support services; control of the logistics system of stock control, information processing and on-time delivery; supervision of administration staff and procedures within the marketing department; co-ordination of key customer-related projects. Candidates will be in the late 20’s to mid 30’s age range; preferably formally qualified in marketing; experienced in a customer liaison and/or team-building role; strong on people, analytic and diagnostic work; able to develop enduring internal and external relationships; able to handle pressure well with a high energy level.
