Pac Dunlop to diversify

NZPA-AAP Melbourne Pacific Dunlop, Ltd, will diversify into medical technology with a sAustl9o million (SNZ23IM) offer for Nucleus, Ltd, and its subsidiary, Telectronics Holdings, Ltd, producers of bionic ears, pacemakers and other devices.

In a friendly bid it is offering six of its shares and
