Spy swap?
An East-West spy swap is being arranged that will include Soviet, West German and East German agents, a newspaper reports. The mass-circula-tion “Bild” newspaper said the swap would involve about 20 West German agents being held in the East for “a handful of top spies from East Germany and the Soviet Union.” —Bonn.
