McLachlan has last race drive
Colin McLachlan, one of three drivers making a final appearance as a reinsman at Addington Raceway last evening was unable to go out on a winning note in the role, Flying Doctor finished eighth in Race two, but gained ample compensation later in the evening.
Apollo Lord, which he races in partnership with his wife, Sylvia, stormed to an impressive win in the Jack Carmichael Farewell Pace. The Lord Module three-year-old was driven by his trainer, Colin de Filippi.
