Auctions sold
Turners Car Auctions, a subsidiary of Turners and Growers has bought Challenge Auctions, formerly known as Wrightson Auctions. This will give Turners carauction facilities in 21 New Zealand centres, compared with seven at present. The existing staff of Challenge Auctions will continue employment with the new owners.
Turners will be able to diversify into plant, machinery, and general-goods auctions because of the purchase.
