Insurer’s stake
An Australian insurance broker, Marshall Golding Adam Insurances, Ltd, has acquired 51 per cent of Auckland insurance company, Sterling Insurance Brokers, Ltd. Marshall Golding is owned 60 per cent by Marshall Golding Adam Pty, Ltd, of Melbourne, and 40 per cent by the New Zealand financial services group, First City Corp, Ltd.
