Bradean stake
Bradean Investments said it retained beneficial ownership of a 30 per cent stake in Stevens KMS Corp. Bradean is a private company associated with Stevens’ executive chairman, Mr Bruce Butler. Bradean was responding to reports last week that a large part of the stake had been sold to CBA Nominees, a nominee company of Westpac Merchant Finance. According to the reports, CBA Nominees held 18.5 per cent of Stevens. Westpac Merchant Finance has Commerce Commission approval to acquire up to 100 per cent of Stevens.
