Third shift plan
Sir, —I read with interest the comments of the national secretary of the Meat Workers’ Union, Mr Jack Scott, regarding the plans for a third shift at Fortex’s Seafield plant. “All they ever do is live on other people’s misery,” he said (June 5). I wonder what going on strike right in the middle of a severe drought and feed shortage on farms is called. —Yours, etc.,
