Our dedicated band of technicians will be working through the wee small hours to programme the changes into the exchange. We'll do it as quickly as possible - most of you probably won't notice the difference. But if your number begins with 41 or if your number is 5-digit and begins with a 5 or a 6 and you have been connected this month then your phone may not work for an hour or two after 10pm. We don’t expect any problems at all, but... give us a call on 120 on Saturday if your phone isn’t behaving (may have to use your neighbour's phone!)
