PA Wellington Ms Penelope Spooner, has told the High Court at Wellington she saw commune leader, Amrit Lal (Andy) Narain, put a child’s head under a running cold tap for what seemed to be half an
hour. Narairi, aged 52, has denied two charges of injuring with intent, five of assault on a female, two of indecent assault, one of common assault, two of assault on a child, and five of cruelty to a child.
