(11) 8.1503 c per cubic metre of water used up to the amount of item q (i). (ill) 16.3007 c per cubic metre of water beyond this figure. TEMPLETON SEWERAGE - UNIFORM CHARGE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS of the Local Government Act 1974, and all amendments a uniform annual charge for the purpose of meeting operating costs and loan charges in respect of the Templeton Sewerage Scheme:— (i) A uniform charge of $133.00 per dwelling unit within the Templeton Urban Drainage area. (ii) A uniform charge of $133.00 per water closet and/or urinal connected to the Templeton Sewerage Scheme for each commercial and industrial property within the said area, with an adjusted charge for the Templeton School. (iii) A uniform charge of $66.50 per unconnected dwelling or vacant section within the said area, together with a similar charge in respect of each water closet or urinal for any unconnected commercial, Industrial or educational property. WATER RACE CHARGES (A) STOCK WATER - AREA CHARGES Such charges as prescribed by the Council resolution with a minimum of $46.78 for areas of 5000 square metres or less, rising on a graduated scale of $869.68 for 404 hectares with areas in excess at the rate of an additional $0.1630 for each 5000 square metres. LOCAL AUTHORITIES The council will collect as directed, such rates as are made by Special Order by the following authorities:— Christchurch Drainage Board North Canterbury Catchment Board INSTALMENTS The above rates and charges are for the period commencing April 1, 1988, and ending March 31, 1989, and shall be due and payable at the Paparua County Council Offices, 149 Main South Road, Sockburn, in four instalments on the following dates:— Date due and payable 10 per cent Penalty Imposed April 16, 1988 • June 1, 1988 July 16, 1988 September 1, 1988 October 16, 1988 December 1, 1988 January 16, 1989 March 1, 1989 NOTE: Any ratepayer may pay the rates for the 1988/89 rating year in one payment without incurring the 10 per cent additional charge on the unpaid first instalment providing the amount of the rates for the full year is paid no later than August 31, 1988.
