New Young Bros branch opens
The new branch of Young Brothers, a firm with 70 years of experience in the automotive spare parts business, opens today in Blenheim Road. It is a new building, designed specifically for Young Brothers by architect Ross Maguire, and has been fittingly entitled Gelens House, after Mr John Gelens, the chairman of the board and the man largely behind
Young Brothers’ expansion programme and new company image. In the face of the present economic downturn and the problems deregulation is posing for the motor trade, Young Brothers believes that it must be in a position to serve its customers better than erver before. The new Blenheim Road showroom has the
space to display more effectively the extensive range of stock which Young Brothers carries, not only to the trade itself, but to the home mechanics, commercial users and marine customers who form another part of their business. The new Blenheim Road branch of Young Brothers, will be managed by Mr Paul Streeter.
