ters and will deal with petitions for bankruptcy, company windings-up, summary judgments, and similar matters. He will sit in High Courts throughout the South Island and in Wellington.
Two Masters have been appointed to the High Court in Auckland. The number is limited to three by the High Court Amendment Rules which came: into force last year. ’ Appointments are made, for a period not exceeding five years but reappointments can be made.
Master Hansen is a keen cricketer and enjoys jogging and marathon running.
