Exercise is a great way to kick the caffeine habit. How about replacing that morning cup of coffee with this great “wake-up” warm-up routine. Suggested music: “How Do You Stop,” by James Brown. Photo A: Stand with your feet apart and straighten your knees. At the same time, isolate your right shoulder forward. Photo B: Return your shoulder to a neutral position while you lower into a demi plie (small be nd of the knees). Alternate the shoulder isolations while you lift and lower in the plie. Repeat the sequence 16 times.
