.! ! . -I PA | Wellington Drug dealers were giving Northland school children free ' marijuana samples in order to create a i market, the member of Parliament for the Bay of Islands, Mr John Carter, said yesterday. “This is because marijuana growth has exceeded all expectations and, las a result, demand has dropped," he said. Mr! Carter said he was “extremely concerned" to learn’ from local school principals that Northland children were being approached in this 1 way.
