The continued attacks on shipping in the Persian Gulf means shippers to the) Middle East will see an increase in cargo costs from April! The present War; Risk Surcharge of 3.78 per cent will be amended to 4.4 per cent. Bluestar Line, N.Y.K. Line, and P and OCL announced.
