Several lines of extra-fine lambs’ wool drew strong competition from buyers at the Christchurch , wool sale yesterday. Among | leading prices were eight bales of 22.5 micron quarterbred | from Mt Virginia (station (Hawarden) which fetched 855 c (82.2 per cent yield) and Ijl bales lof 22.5 micron Halfbred from!B. O.
