I The agent will preselect a number of different bets, sometimes witli the help of guest selectors, fill in the slips appropriately and box them in a special holder. Customers will take as many as they require and they will be processed in the p normal manner except that the customer may specify the amount they wish to spend on the bet| with a minimum of si.( mi I The slips will be replaced in the. boxes so winning Mystery Bets may be i sold several times :ove(r. Most will be' double’s ior (quinellas though some agents will offer trifectas (to ’customers who would like the opportunity of bigger returns. •; “Last year a trifecta mystery bet sold by a Riverton agent returned a lucky customer $32,000 for’ $1” said Mr Glyn Hooper, off-course manageij, for the T.A.B.
