Quality in Wgtn hotel
A Brierley Investments (BIL) subsidiary. Quality Inns New Zealand, which runs Quality Inn Christchurch, vfill manage the Plimmer Towers Hotel, Wellington, from next month. II The ownership of the hotel will remain with Richmond Smart Corporation. The addition of the hotel means that Quality Inns New Zealand, a subsidiary of Aca-
dia Corporation, which in turn is 87 per cent owned by BIL, and under offer, will run 11 hotels in New Zealand, including three in Wellington.
The deputy chairman of Quality Inns, Mr Harold Titter, said that since Quality Inn Christchurch had opened for business in the middle of last year it had “performed exceptionally well."
