A.I.D.S. conference
Experts from 20 countries gathered to assess the -social and economic impact of the worldwide A.I.D.S. epidemic. Organisers said about 1100 deleigates, including Dr Luc Montagnier of France, codiscoverer of the A.I.D.S. virus, and the United States Surgeon-General, Everett Koop, would attend the three-day conference at London's Barbican Centre.—London.
