The Meteorological Service has voted to strike in protest against the State Sector Bill. Service spokesmen said aircraft and shipping movements could be put in doubt. Public Service Association members of the Meteorological Service met yesterday in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland and voted to support the association’s national stoppage on Monday.
