Tribes to stop sale?
PA I Wellington The eight Maori. tribes of Taranaki yesterday filed proceedings in the High Court in Wellington against the Crown’s sale of Petrocorp. Mr .Philip Green, of Gault Mitchell and Company, saidjl the applicants sought an injunction restraining the Crown from selling all of its Petrocorp shares to ’ Fletcher Challenge. -
