Manfredos elects trial by jury
PA [ Auckland A pre-trial hearing of charges against a former Mongrel Mob secretary, George: Manfredos, was yesterday adjourned in the District Court at Auckland until March 29. Manfredos, aged 40, of Newton, denied a chage
of abducting his son, Tony, aged 114, from Social Welfare custody on October 30 last year. He also denied six ■ driving-related ! charges which arose from the same alleged incident. Manfredos elected trial by jury.
