Marsh refused leave to appeal
PA ! Wellington Rufus Junior Marsh, the man found guilty of the murder of Diane Miller, in Wellington on November, 1986, has been refused leave to appeal against the conviction. Marsh, aged (31, was
found guilty at a trial in the High Court in Wellington last June of ' having murdered Miss Miller at her flat in the Wellington suburb of Mount (Victoria. In the Court of I Appeal yesterday, Mr i [ Justice McMullin said leave to appeal; was dismissed.
