PA ] 1 Masterton The District! Court at Mastertonj was cleared yesterday) to protect the identity of police witnesses in! the case about the attempted Boxing Day bombing of a! Masterton policeman’s home.
Messrs 'M. J. S. Neal iand R. C. Garrity, Justices iof the Peace,; made the order during a depositions ! hearing against Joseph I Bernard [ Governor and ) Alan Noel Harris, who are ! charged with burglary of i a house owned by Michael Nicholls and Linda Jury. ( They are also charged ( with wilfully setting fire Ito the house, iand while ! committing the burglary ! being in I possession of a : stick of molonite.
Governor, aged 30, an unemployed butcher, was represented by Mr J. Blathway and Harris, aged 32,; by Mr Daniels.
