Park board trustees
The Ferrymead Historic Park has confirmed the nine members of the new Trust Board which will assume responsibility for the future of the' Park. The trustees are: Messrs Robert Hampton, John Woodward, Paul Niederer, Bruce Lili, Simon Wood, Gtiy Evans, Dennis Cunningham, lan Clark and Mrs Pansy Wong. These trustees represented a balance; between
business expertise and community involvement, said the park's director, Mr Robin Sutton. The new board is expected to hold its first meeting in late March. Mr Frank Hardy, retiring chairman of the Trust Board, was .elected to chair the Membership Council. The council will co-ordinate voluntary group activities and forward recommendations to the Trust Board.
