Ravel’s Bolero arrives
PA Wellington The first son J of Nureyev to be imported to New Zealand arrived on Tuesday. The stallion Jis a five-year-old chestnut named Ravel’s Bolero. His purchase was negotiated by Alastair Chisholm of Chisholm Bloodstock Agency, Auckland, and the horse will be standing in the South Island for a limited syndicate of breeders.
Ravel’s Bolero was purchased on behalf of Bill
Hahn, of Manor Park Stud, Invercargill, and will commence duties in the breeding season later this year.
