P.S.A. move ‘Stalinism’
PA Wellington The member of Parliament for Hamilton! West, Mr Trevor Mallarq, yestersday criticised ' the Public Service Association's decision to {cancel the life membersfiip of the Minister of State Services, Mr Rodger. [
The P.S.A. action was “Stalinism in its j worst form” and “an attempt to pretend that 10 years of
P.S.A. history did not happen,” Mr Mallard, said.
The P.S.A. announced on Wednesday that it had cancelled the life membership of Mr Rodger in protest against the introduction of the State Sector Bill. ; Mr Rodger, who was P.S.A. president in 197073, was made a life member in 1979. .. i • I '
