O’GRADY, John — On February 18, 1988 (peacefully), at Ashburton, dearly loved husband of Iris (Coldstream House), much loved father and father-in-law of John and Pat (Auckland), Marie and Des Hurley (Christchurch), Elaine and Geoff Parkinson (Wellington), and Kath and Athol Reid (Wellington), and loved and respected grandfather of Kevin, Bernard, Gerard, Caron, and the late Robert O’Grady, Helene Stocker, Angela Campbell, Claire Gibson, Michael and Kate Hurley, Tony, Kerry-Anne and Richard Parkinson, and Christopher and Sonya-Maree Reid, and his eight great-grand-children; in his 89th year.
