You will be responsible for leading a small team of electrical fitters to carry out electrical maintenance of generation equipment associated with our 3 power stations, inclusive of high voltage switchgear and maintenance of station buildings and 30 village houses. The job is based at Tuai, situated near Lake Waikaremoana and some 50 kms from Wairoa. If you enjoy a wide range of outdoor recreational activities, Urewera National Park is nearby. Such activities include hunting (deer and pigs), fishing, boating and white water rafting (numerous lakes and rivers are readily accessible). Accommodation is available (both single and family) at Tuai Village. There is a primary school and a daily bus service runs to Wairoa for secondary schooling.
