ANDERSON, Mona Catharine (late of McLean’s Institute, Dominion Hotel and Christchurch Women’s Hospital) — On February 8,1988, at Christchurch Hospital, loved pal and devoted friend of the late Jack Lafferty, dearly loved stepmother of John Lafferty, and loved friend of Pat; aged 74 years.
