New parks head
Mr Robert Dally has been appointed as the Christchurch City Council’s new deputy general manager (parks). Mr Dally is a chartered engineer and a member of the Institute of Production Engineers. He is at present the general manager of a Christchurch manufacturing firm. The present director, Mr Neiel Drain, will step aside from the day-to-day management of the department and become a professional associate (parks).
