IFC gets extension
PA Wellington The Stock Exchange has allowed Investment Finance Corporation (in receivership) more time to lodge its halfyearly accounts for the period ended September 30. The company’s directors said they asked the exchange to grant the extension because the company was in receivership. The directors thought it "prudent they have the benefit of considering the statement of affairs, so they may fully and fairly inform the public of the impact of subsequent events on the position for the financial period.” The new deadline is February 29.
