Slap for man who exposed himself
A young woman slapped a man who indecently exposed himself in Ferry Road on Tuesday morning. The woman was walking along Ferry Road about 8.15 a.m. when a green Mini pulled up and the driver beckoned her. “As she approached, the driver exposed himself,” said Detective Senior-Sergeant Colin Dalzell. “She grabbed him by the hair and slapped him across the face. He drove off at high speed along Ferry Road.” The offender was a Maori, of solid build, aged about 40. He had black hair and was clean shaven.
