Piggott collapses in prison
NZPA-PA London The former champion English jockey, Lester
Piggott, is in hospital after collapsing in prison. Piggott was found unconscious in his cell at
Highpoint, Suffolk, and taken away by ambulance after being examined by prison medical staff. It is understood he is not in danger and that doctors at the hospital in Bury St Edmunds are carrying out tests to find out why he blacked out.
