BIL extends
The directors of BIL Equities (No 6) have extended for a month the date for receipt of acceptances of a takeover offer for Cable Price Downer, Ltd. The closing date will now be February 22. Acceptances have been received for 53.6 per cent of the ordinary and specified preference shares not previously owned by BIL. CPD directors unanimously recommended the takeover offer
