Cleanliness and fish and chips without that greasy after-taste are two of the revolutionary services offered at the recently opened Captain Scotty’s fish and chip shop, at the car-park end of Carnaby Mall, New Brighton. A visit to the sparklingly clean premises is a pleasant surprise in itself, for this is the first fish and chip shop I have ever been to that does not smell like one.
