Assistant secretary named
PA Wellington Mr P. J. McCarthy has been appointed assistant secretary of the Ministry of Energy, the State Services Commission has announced.
Employed by Treasury since 1972, Mr McCarthy’s positions have included private secretary (economic), to the Leader of the Opposition in 1982.
