Suspicious actions
A man seen acting suspiciously around the changing sheds at New Brighton, near the clock tower, has been reported to the police. The man, aged about 18, went into the women's changing shed and was ordered out by an occupant. He was seen near the changing shed for some time. He was described as European, about 167 cm (sft 6in) tall, with collarlength straight brown hair. He had scruffy hair on his upper lip and chin.
He wore a long-sleeve brown jersey and his dark blue denim jeans were tucked into his socks.
