Court to decide
Hendry Nominees, Ltd — named by Crown Corporation, Ltd, as a purchaser of its shareholding in Rada —- has suggested to Crown that all parties should co-operate to have the High Court determine the position between all relevant parties just as soon as possible, “given what now appears to be a serious difference between Crown’s view of the matter and the view taken by this company.”
Hendry Nominees said that its position had been clearly expressed to Crown and Rada. “For reasons which have been made clear to Crown, Hendry Nominees is not obliged to purchase the shares in question and has no liability in this matter. Despite this, Crown apparently believes that this company has an outstanding obligation to take those shares.”
