Wormaid to sell N.Z. stake
Wormaid International of Australia said yesterday it intended to accept an offer for all its 50 per cent interest in the subsidiary, Wormaid International NZ, Ltd.
An offer totalling sAust34.6 million (SNZ37M) from Allied Overseas Investments had been confirmed by an independent valuation undertaken for Wormaid by Schroders of Australia.
